Sales Support Agent - Courier Express

Job Purpose

Deliver a high standard of customer service while assisting in onboarding new customers to become account holders with Sky Cargo in association with IATA CASS accreditation. Additionally, ensure that the system and processes are properly aligned to bill freight and optional charges according to the agreed tariff rates.

• Coordinate with EK Revenue Accounts to manage AWB stock range and ensure that AWB stocks are released to agents based on request on a timely basis.
• Handle the commercial support general mailbox to assist customers with requests, resolving billing disputes and other relevant queries.
• Reconcile the daily cash/card collection reports including import/export/miscellaneous daily sales report from various terminals and share them with EK Finance team.
• Run daily COU AWBs movement report and bill the ULD pivot weight charges for shipments that utilised dedicated ULD's.
• Address AWB verification discrepancies with the central AWB verification team at least once in a week by performing a quality check of the AWB reverification report.
• Verify the waivers and refunds in freight charges, other charges, cash/card transactions and recover the charges if the charges waived without proper authorization.
• Track and record all additional or optional services such as ATA trucking services, relabelling, packing fees etc and ensure the charges are billed according to the agreed tariff rate.
• Assist in raising waivers, service recovery, manual CCA to obtain approvals from the management by submitting them through email, Sky Connect, Sky Chain and record them for future tracking.

Experience in air cargo industry with at least 3 years as a team leader or equivalent position.

Cargo operations and customer service experience is preferred.

Knowledge of Air Cargo Tariffs, IATA/FIATA regulations, Sky Cargo systems, policies, and procedures, import and export rules and regulations.

Effective communication skills (written and oral).

Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.
