A growing US law firm in Dubai is seeking a Project Finance Associate (2-4 PQE) to join its expanding team. This is a rare opportunity to work on high-profile, cross-border transactions across the Middle East and beyond, within a close-knit and highly regarded practice.
The RoleWorking closely with experienced partners from top-tier international backgrounds, this role offers hands-on experience, client exposure, and real career development in a fast-growing team. You will be advising on high profile, project finance transactions across the Middle East and Africa region.
Responsibilities- Advise on high-profile project finance transactions across the Middle East and Africa region.
- Collaborate with partners from top-tier international backgrounds to deliver client-focused solutions.
- UK or French qualified
- Trained at a top-tier international or Magic Circle law firm
- Strong academic background
- Experience or demonstrable interest and experience in project finance
- Commitment to building a long-term career in the Middle East and ideally connections to the region
- Ideally French language skills
- Direct client contact and career progression in a lean team structure
