Responsibilities
- Proactively support the formulation and delivery of legal and commercial objectives across the Group.
- Lead and oversee drafting, negotiation and finalisation of contracts (excluding highly complex matters), including key terms and conditions.
- Advise senior management on legal risks, liabilities and governance matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and best practice.
- Manage legal claims, complaints and disputes, preparing clear analysis and recommendations for leadership.
- Support new business formation and ongoing corporate governance, ensuring regulatory and structural compliance.
- Act as a key legal partner to the CLO, VP Legal and wider leadership, liaising with external counsel where specialist expertise is required.
- Graduate degree in Law from a reputed university.
- Minimum 4 years of Post-Qualified Experience
- Previous experience at a top-tier international law firm.
- Expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and/ or commercial law.
- Strong work ethic and structured thought process.
