Junior Legal Advisor

DIA Development is a fast-growing real estate development company in Dubai, delivering innovative residential projects with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and operational excellence. We are expanding our team and seeking a Junior Legal Advisor to support our legal, administrative, and project functions.
Key Responsibilities- Drafting, reviewing, and assisting with commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
- Assisting with contingent liability assessments and preparation of risk reports.
- Conducting organisational risk assessments and supporting compliance processes.
- Providing legal guidance to internal teams on day-to-day operational and contractual queries.
- Managing legal administration, paperwork, document control, scanning, archiving, printing, and maintaining organised physical and digital legal files.
- Preparing and submitting documents to authorities (DLD, RERA, Notary Public, Free-zone portals, and other government entities), including follow-up on approvals.
- Ensuring proper internal document flow — collecting signatures, stamps, and departmental approvals.
- Supporting coordination with external legal counsel, regulatory bodies, contractors, and vendors.
- LLB Degree (mandatory)
- 1–3 years of experience in corporate, commercial, regulatory, or real estate legal work.
- Strong understanding of legal drafting, commercial contract principles, and document structure.
- Knowledge of UAE legislation, including:
- UAE Civil Code
- UAE Commercial Law
- UAE Labour Law
- Basic understanding of RERA/DLD regulations (advantage)
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, especially in document handling and administrative tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and responsibility.
Salary: AED 8,000 – 12,000 per month, depending on experience.
- Probation Period: 2 months.

Provided after successful completion of the probation period, subject to management approval. - Visa:
Provided after successful completion of the probation period, based on performance and management confirmation.
