Position: TMT Senior Associate 6 - 8

Technology, Media and Telecoms Senior Associate with 6-8 PQE sought to join a leading global law firm in Dubai.

About the Firm

The firm has a strong reputation in digital payments, Tech / TMT / Fin Tech, and Healthcare sectors. It is looking for an experienced lawyer to play a key role in a growth sector in the region.

Role Responsibilities

Handling digital payments matters, including commercial and regulatory issues.

Managing data protection and security matters.

Drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts, including regulated outsourcing, with experience on both customer and supplier sides.

Licensing IP / IT and related diligence for transnational work.

Candidate Profile

Interested in an experienced Common Law qualified lawyer with experience gained at a Legal
500 law firm in the UAE or looking to relocate from the UK, Australia, etc.
