Senior Lawyer - Funds

We are working with a top-tier international law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Funds & Asset management team within their Dubai office.

The Role

The successful candidate will join a renowned global practice, advising asset managers and investment funds on establishing funds, as well as regulatory and compliance requirements for investment funds. The candidate’s work will focus on fund structuring and formation, regularly drafting, reviewing and negotiating key fund documentation such as PPMs, limited partnership agreements and subscription agreements. The candidate will also advise clients on fund investments and joint venture structures.

The candidate will play a key role in advising clients across a range of asset classes on fund establishment and formation, often with a multi-jurisdictional element. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while managing client relationships.

• 3-7 PQE;
• Strong background in fund establishment, private funds, and negotiating with investors within a medium to large international firm;
• Ability to demonstrate strong commercial awareness;
