We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Corporate Paralegal to join a leading international law firm in Dubai. This is a key role within a dynamic corporate team, providing high-level legal support on a wide range of corporate transactions and matters.

• Assist with corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings
• Prepare, review, and maintain corporate documentation, contracts, and filings in line with firm and regulatory requirements
• Conduct legal research and due diligence to support corporate advisory and transactional work
• Maintain company registers, statutory records, and compliance documentation
• Coordinate with clients, government authorities, and internal teams on corporate matters
• Assist with drafting board and shareholder resolutions, meeting minutes, and corporate filings
• Support corporate compliance, regulatory filings, and licensing requirements

• Prior experience in a law firm corporate practice is essential (international or regional firm experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of corporate law, compliance, and regulatory requirements in the UAE
• Excellent organisational, drafting, and attention-to-detail skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and legal document management tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong communication skills and discretion in handling sensitive matters
