Job Title: Corporate Lawyer – Corporate & Commercial Matters

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Lawyer with 10+ years of strong corporate and commercial law experience. The ideal candidate will lead and execute complex corporate mandates, provide strategic legal advice, and manage client relationships while supporting innovation in a technology-driven legal environment.

• Lead and execute corporate mandates
  , including mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and joint ventures.
• Provide expert legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and commercial matters
  .
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts and agreements.
• Manage, develop, and maintain strong client relationships
  , ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Support technology-driven legal processes
  , contributing to legal innovation and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to deliver strategic business solutions.
• Keep abreast of regulatory developments and ensure organizational compliance.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Strong experience in M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructuring
  , and corporate governance.
• Excellent contract drafting, review, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage client portfolios and build long-term relationships.
• Experience in technology-driven legal environments is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
