A high-growth solar energy provider in Dubai is seeking a Head of Legal to partner with executive management and oversee legal support for commercial and industrial solar projects. The role involves negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with UAE energy regulations, and advising on legal strategies. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of PQE, strong experience in project contracts and regulatory matters, and familiarity with GCC legal frameworks.

Fluency in English is required, and Arabic is a plus.
