Senior VP Sales Key Responsibilities
1.Drive sales of insurance products including General Lines, Group Medical, and Motor Insurance.2.Manage and grow a book of business with a minimum annual portfolio in all the lines of insurance.3.Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients.4.Develop customized insurance solutions based on client needs and risk profile.5.Maintain strong relationships with underwriters, insurers, and clients.6.Provide expert advice on insurance coverage, terms, and policy benefits.7.Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes in the UAE.8.Collaborate with internal underwriting and claims teams to ensure seamless service.9.Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.Requirements
1.Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the UAE insurance industry.2.Strong background in General Insurance, Group Medical, and Motor lines.3.Proven portfolio of AED 10 million or more in annualized premiums.4.Previous experience working with an insurance brokerage is highly preferred.5.Excellent knowledge of local UAE insurance market dynamics and regulatory requirements.6.Strong negotiation, presentation, and client servicing skills.7.UAE driving license preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
