Job description
We are looking for a Health Operations Executive to support operations on our digital health insurance platform. The role involves configuring health insurance products, supporting clients and internal teams, and working closely with the technology team to ensure smooth platform operations.
Key Requirements- 1–3 years of experience in health insurance operations (broker, insurer, TPA, or insurtech)
- Experience with Individual and / or SME health insurance
- Strong Excel and numerical skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Experience working with insurance portals or systems is an advantage
- Exposure to a modern insurtech health platform
- Opportunity to work closely with product and technology teams
- Growth opportunities in health insurance technology and operations
