Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end processing of general insurance policies, including quotations, issuance of policies, endorsements, and renewals.
* Track and follow up on renewals to ensure timely completion and maintain high client retention rates.
* Review policy terms and conditions to ensure adequate coverage and adherence to company and regulatory requirements.
* Communicate with clients to confirm renewal instructions, update changes in risk, and process renewals efficiently.
* Assist the sales team in promoting non-motor insurance products to clients and provide technical knowledge.
* Prepare regular reports on policy performance and client portfolios, maintaining proper documentation.## Requirements
* Detail-oriented and proactive approach to managing insurance policies.
* Technical knowledge of insurance products and policy administration.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client liaison.
