• Identify and develop new business opportunities within corporate and individual insurance segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders.
• Promote insurance products including medical, motor, life, property, and general insurance solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to convert prospects into customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and claims teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and client servicing.
• Maintain accurate client and sales records in CRM systems.
• Stay updated on insurance products, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and policy documentation.
• Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and business forums to enhance brand presence.
• Ensure compliance with UAE insurance regulations and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.

• UAE National (Emiratization requirement).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in sales or insurance are encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the insurance industry.
