Systems & Infrastructure Administrator

We are looking for a hands-on expert to lead the setup, deployment, and operation of our physical and virtual infrastructure. You will be responsible for building our systems from the ground up and maintaining their stability with 100% reliability.

• System Design: Plan and execute the physical server and network deployment, including rack placement, cable management, and power/cooling coordination.
• Core Deployment: Lead the installation and initial configuration of servers, storage systems, and networking hardware.
• Systems Foundation: Configure operating systems, virtualization platforms, switches, routers, and firewalls to ensure a robust and secure foundation from day one.

• Maintenance & Monitoring: Oversee daily system health checks, patch management, and hardware troubleshooting/replacement.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor resource utilization and capacity planning to ensure all systems scale efficiently.
• Security & Compliance: Implement and manage system-level access controls and security protocols.
• Disaster Recovery: Ensure all backup and failover systems are correctly configured, tested, and operational when it matters.

• Experience: 10+ years in systems administration or infrastructure engineering with a proven track record of standing up new environments.
• Mindset: You’re equally comfortable handling physical hardware and deep system configuration via the CLI.
