The Senior Business Analyst will serve as the functional lead for our clients PROS Real-Time Dynamic Pricing Module. This role is critical in bridging the gap between sophisticated commercial pricing strategies and robust technical execution. You will ensure the seamless integration of pricing engines with the airlines Order Management Systems (OMS), driving revenue optimization through high-performance API delivery and proactive systems observability.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Backlog Management: Lead the prioritization of the OMS backlog. Translate complex airline operational requirements into well-defined user stories with measurable acceptance criteria.
API & Systems Authority: Act as the subject matter expert for reservation system APIs. Manage OpenAPI specifications, review payloads, and oversee integration requirements with PSS partners using Postman.
Production Monitoring & Incident Triage: Utilize Splunk and Dynatrace to proactively monitor system health. Perform root-cause analysis on API error codes and transaction traces to isolate issues independently before developer escalation.
