We are looking to hire a Junior Business Analyst who will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and refining bilingual (English & Arabic) communications, developing IT Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), preparing high-quality presentations, and maintaining documentation standards for our client based in Dubai – which is one of the largest companies in the region.
This position is a 12-month renewable contract.
Key responsibilitiesBusiness Requirements & Documentation
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Review and prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
- Document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
- Ensure requirements are clear, complete, and aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to develop email templates and communications systems.
- Work with IT teams to configure these communications within the system.
- Ensure messaging aligns with product functionality and campaign requirements.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and updates for management and stakeholders.
- Support project delivery by tracking progress and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base content, user guides, and process documentation.
- Ensure documentation is updated to reflect system changes, new features, and process improvements.
- Support internal teams by providing clear documentation and guidance on system functionalities.
- Prepare test scenarios and test cases for digital channels and backend enhancements.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate system communications and workflows.
- Ensure requirements are implemented correctly prior to release.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to create clear, concise, and professional communications for different audiences.
- Experience in drafting system messages, email templates, and customer communications.
- Ability to gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Experience in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
- Strong skills in process documentation, workflow mapping, and requirement analysis.
- Ability to translate business needs into structured technical documentation.
- Strong skills in PowerPoint presentation development for executive and project reporting.
- Ability to present complex information in a clear, structured, and visually engaging manner.
- Experience preparing project reports, progress updates, and stakeholder presentations.
- Experience in creating and maintaining knowledge base articles, user guides, and process documentation.
- Ability to maintain documentation standards and version control.
- Ensuring documentation reflects system updates, new features, and process improvements.
- Experience preparing test scenarios and test cases for system enhancements.
- Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
- Ability to validate system workflows and ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
- Ability to work with business, IT, and marketing teams to align communications and system functionality.
- Strong stakeholder coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with documentation tools and knowledge management systems.
- Basic understanding of digital platforms, CRM systems, or IT applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Communications, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, documentation, or communications roles.
- Experience working with IT or digital transformation projects is preferred.
- Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.
Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or within a maximum of 30 days after accepting the offer.
