Overview
Project Scope:
We are seeking an Epic User Security certified analyst to support an Epic Implementation in Dubai across multiple hospitals and ambulatory sites. The project involves ongoing system expansion, security model optimization, and standardization of user access across clinical, operational, and administrative areas. This work may include enhancements, new-build initiatives, workflow alignment, and enterprise-wide security governance efforts.
We are seeking an experienced Epic User Security Analyst to support the design, build, and maintenance of user roles, security classes, provider access, and permission structures across the organization. This role ensures that all users receive accurate, compliant, and workflow-appropriate access while maintaining system integrity and security best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Build and configure Epic User Security components including roles, user templates, security classes, provider templates, and access settings.
- Partner with clinical, operational, and application teams to gather requirements and translate them into secure, scalable access models.
- Configure security points, workgroup security, cross-environment permissions, and provider record configuration.
- Perform security testing, validate permissions across applications, resolve access issues, and coordinate with technical and application teams.
- Support ongoing user provisioning, environment access alignment, workflow changes, and system upgrades or expansions.
- Epic User Security certification required.
- 3–5 years of Epic Security build/support experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Epic security architecture, provider access models, and role-based permissions.
- Experience supporting global or multi-site healthcare environments preferred, not required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within large multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to travel onsite full-time as required to support project needs, validation activities, and end-user support.
- 100% onsite travel required throughout the duration of the project.
- Onsite presence required in Dubai for meetings, validation, and hands-on support.
