We’re looking for a Digital Innovation Manager who can combine AI expertise, digital marketing intelligence, product thinking, and strong project leadership to help transform our digital system into a more intelligent, automated, and insight-driven platform.
This role will drive the next generation of AI-powered marketing, customer experiences, and digital product innovations that will shape how millions of customers interact with Boutiqaat.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Develop and lead Boutiqaat’s AI innovation roadmap across marketing, content, CRM, loyalty, and digital product experiences.
- Identify and implement emerging technologies such as Generative AI, AI agents, predictive models, and automation tools.
- Align AI initiatives with key business goals including revenue growth, customer retention, operational efficiency, and brand differentiation.
- Implement AI solutions for campaign optimization, audience segmentation, media targeting, and automated performance insights.
- Deploy AI-powered tools for content creation across social media, influencer campaigns, SEO, and product content.
- Introduce machine learning models for predictive retention, churn prediction, dynamic segmentation, and personalized messaging.
- Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Product, and Tech teams to integrate AI into customer journeys, loyalty programs, and engagement strategies.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to build AI-powered features such as smart search, recommendations, virtual try-ons, personalization tools, and automated notifications.
- Lead prototyping, pilot programs, A/B testing, and proof-of-concept initiatives to scale innovative AI solutions.
- Work with Data, BI, and Engineering teams to ensure strong data infrastructure supporting AI initiatives.
- Evaluate AI platforms, Martech solutions, and external technology vendors.
- Drive organization-wide AI adoption through training, playbooks, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage AI innovation projects end-to-end concepts to implementation and optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (master’s preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in AI/ML, digital innovation, marketing technology, or product management.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, LLMs, data pipelines, and marketing technology stacks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure, Oracle) and containerized solutions.
- Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, CDPs, and AI content tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
- Experience in beauty, fashion, e‑commerce, or retail is an advantage.
