• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols consistently.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for IT equipment procurement and repairs.
• Monitor network performance, ensuring optimal operation and connectivity.
• Perform regular system updates, including patches and security enhancements.
• Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects across departments.
• Deliver training sessions to staff members on new technologies and systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards consistently.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to improve IT support processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role required.
• Proficiency in Windows and MacOS operating systems and applications.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting techniques essential.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills vital.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with cloud services and virtualization technologies advantageous.
