Within the Customer Services and Delivery (CS&D) board area, the mission of SAP Enterprise Cloud Services is to shape the future of SAP by providing a comprehensive, end‑to‑end managed services experience that supports customers throughout their cloud transformation journey. Our goal is to offer a range of cloud deployment options, leveraging SAP’s infrastructure, partner infrastructures, and public cloud platforms.

As a Cloud Architect & Advisor (CAA), you will be responsible for technically assessing our customers' transformation to Cloud ERP. The dimensions of this assessment will be across technical architecture, SAP operations, cybersecurity and compliance, technical networking and integration, and finally on system provisioning and solution consumption.

You will be collaborating both with our field sales teams, our delivery units, and other architecture and engineering functions within ECS.

• 5+ years of customer facing experience preferably in technical pre‑sales function
• High proficiency in customer communications and presentations
• Good understanding of technical capabilities of at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM Cloud)
• Understanding of data center capabilities like high availability or disaster recovery is a benefit
• Good understanding of the entire platform stack (storage, virtualization, hardware, networks etc.)
• Good understanding of SAP technologies (releases, platform interdependencies etc.)
• Experience with implementation and operating SAP solutions.
• SAP HANA and S/4 HANA and broader SAP solution knowledge is a benefit.
• Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity. Any advance knowledge / certification is a huge advantage.
• Self‑sufficient worker and strong team player
• Affinity to technical topics, willingness to tackle aspects outside the comfort zone and to continuously learn.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a must, any other language is a huge advantage.
