Legnano Teknoelectric Company Middle East, worldwide leader in the production of high-performance cores and laminations for transformers & reactors, is looking for its Dubai seat a skilled and experienced Business Central ERP Developer
.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with the ability to customize, integrate, and maintain the system. This role requires a deep understanding of Business Central’s functionalities, development using AL language, and experience in working with Web Services and system integrations.

You will play a key role in enhancing our Business Central system, ensuring seamless integration with other business applications, and supporting our organization's operational needs by delivering custom solutions.

ERP Customization & Development:

• Customize and extend Business Central using AL programming language to meet specific business needs.
• Design and implement new functionalities, workflows, and business rules within Business Central.
• Perform system updates, upgrades, and patch management while ensuring minimal disruption to the business.

System Integration:

• Integrate Business Central with external systems using APIs, Web Services, and other integration technologies.
• Develop and maintain data exchange processes between Business Central and other systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

• Provide ongoing technical support for Business Central, ensuring that the system operates smoothly and meets business needs.
• Resolve any issues or system errors related to Business Central, providing solutions or escalating to relevant stakeholders.

Consultation & Business Analysis:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Sales) to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
• Provide guidance and best practices for users and stakeholders regarding Business Central functionalities.
• Work closely with end users to gather feedback and implement system improvements based on evolving business needs.

Documentation & Training:

• Create detailed documentation for customizations, integrations, and system configurations.
• Provide training to end-users and internal teams on new functionalities, enhancements, and system updates.

• Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Good knowledge of AL programming language and Business Central development.
• Experience with system integrations and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Knowledge of SQL and database structures in the context of ERP systems.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of other ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Net Suite) is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central or other ERP systems are a plus.

• Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
