The Performance Marketing Manager & SEO Specialist is responsible for leading end-to-end paid digital campaigns and search visibility strategies across all assigned business units under Bin Hendi Holding. The role ensures strategic planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of performance marketing initiatives to drive traffic, leads, bookings, and revenue.
This position holds full accountability for paid media performance, traffic acquisition, conversion optimization, SEO execution, and revenue impact across platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), and related digital channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Campaign ManagementPlan, build, and execute full-funnel campaigns across paid platforms including Meta and Google.
Align campaign objectives with business goals such as traffic generation, bookings, lead acquisition, and sales.
Develop campaign calendars, creative briefs, ad copy, and coordinate approvals per business unit.
Execute Top-of-Funnel (TOF), Middle-of-Funnel (MOF), and Bottom-of-Funnel (BOF) strategies tailored to each brand.
Traffic AcquisitionGenerate qualified traffic using custom audiences, geo-targeting, interest-based segmentation, lookalike audiences, and remarketing strategies.
Optimize placements and delivery to maximize reach, engagement, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with the E-Commerce & Martech Specialist to ensure tracking, landing pages, and forms are conversion optimized.
Monitor ad-to-action flows and identify drop-off points to improve revenue performance.
Reallocate budgets and creative assets based on real-time performance metrics to maximize ROI.
Develop and execute SEO roadmaps for each brand in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Conduct keyword research, competitor audits, and content gap analyses.
Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headlines, alt text, internal linking, and structured data.
Monitor technical SEO aspects such as site health, crawl errors, and indexing issues using tools like SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
Track keyword rankings and organic traffic growth to enhance non-paid visibility.
Funnel & Conversion OptimizationDesign and manage end-to-end conversion journeys from ad click to final action (reservation, inquiry, form submission).
Ensure proper implementation of tracking tools such as Meta Pixel, GA4, and GTM.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure landing pages are technically sound and optimized for performance.
Budget OwnershipOwn and manage the full paid media budget across all business units.
Develop brand-specific spend allocation plans and monitor weekly pacing.
Optimize budget allocation based on performance insights.
Provide monthly and quarterly budget versus performance reports to the Senior Marketing Manager.
Performance Reporting & AnalysisPrepare detailed performance reports segmented by campaign, platform, and business unit.
Analyze metrics including ROAS, CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, SEO traffic, and keyword rankings.
Translate data insights into actionable strategies and continuous improvement plans.
Present monthly and quarterly performance reviews with defined next steps.
Coordination & Stakeholder AlignmentMaintain a centralized campaign calendar aligned with Business Unit Marketing Managers.
Ensure all campaign assets are prepared ahead of launch deadlines.
Conduct monthly performance review meetings with stakeholders to present outcomes and upcoming plans.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing with strong hands‑on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proven experience managing full‑funnel campaigns with measurable ROI across B2C or B2B environments.
- Strong working knowledge of SEO strategy, technical SEO, and related tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and UTM tracking frameworks.
- Experience in landing page optimization, A/B testing, and conversion funnel strategy.
- Understanding of luxury, retail, F&B, or multi‑brand environments is preferred.
- UAE market exposure is an advantage.

- Understanding of luxury and premium consumer behavior
