As an Operations Manager Intern, you'll play a key role in maintaining operational excellence within a high growth fintech environment. You'll work closely with teams across compliance, product, finance, and customer support to ensure efficient workflows, scalable processes, and top-tier service delivery. You'll gain insight into how fintech operations drive growth, stability, and customer trust from onboarding and transaction handling to process automation and reporting.

• Support the development and optimization of operational workflows across multiple departments.
• Assist in tracking KPIs and performance metrics to monitor business health.
• Help draft and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for core processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Participate in risk reviews and operational compliance checks.
