Job Title: SAP Project Lead

Duration: Permanent

Location: Dubai / Morocco or Namibia

Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Lead to oversee the successful delivery of SAP initiatives across a complex environment. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and hands‑on project governance experience. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

HANA experience is highly desirable
, but strong SAP project leadership expertise is the key requirement.

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP project delivery across multiple work streams.
• Manage project planning, scope definition, timelines, and milestones.
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Coordinate internal technical teams and third‑party vendors, ensuring alignment on deliverables.
• Identify project risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee project governance, documentation, and reporting to senior leadership.
• Ensure deliverables meet business requirements and align with SAP best practices.
• Drive stakeholder communication and manage expectations across the organisation.
• Support testing cycles, cutover planning, and go‑live activities.

• Proven experience as a SAP Project Lead
  , Project Manager
  , or Programme Lead within SAP environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points (ECC or S/4).
• Demonstrated experience delivering mid‑to‑large scale SAP projects.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Strong planning, organisational, and governance capabilities.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, complex environments with multiple dependencies.

• Experience delivering projects in SAP S/4
  
  HANA environments (implementation or migration).
• Background working with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Industry‑specific experience (e.g., Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, Utilities).

• Long‑term contract engagement with strong extension potential.
