Key Responsibilities
- ERP Management & Digital Transformation
- Lead the full ERP lifecycle including implementation, customization, integration, upgrades, and ongoing support.
- Work closely with Business Units and Holding Support teams to gather, analyze, and document system requirements, translating business needs into scalable technology solutions that drive process transformation and operational efficiency.
- Identify automation opportunities and optimize workflows across Finance, Operations, Sales, Inventory, HR, and other functions.
- Manage ERP vendors and consultants to ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Establish data governance, system controls, and compliance standards.
- Drive user adoption through structured training and change management initiatives.
- Monitor ERP system performance and implement continuous improvements.
- Application Development (Mobile & Web)
- Own and execute the mobile and web application development roadmap aligned with business strategy.
- Manage the full application lifecycle: requirement gathering, UI/UX coordination, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Ensure seamless integrations between ERP, internal platforms, and third‑party systems.
- Oversee quality assurance, performance optimization, scalability, and security standards.
- Coordinate effectively with internal developers and external vendors.
- Team Leadership & Governance
- Lead, mentor, and manage ERP and application development teams.
- Define clear KPIs, sprint planning processes, and governance frameworks.
- Allocate resources effectively and ensure timely project execution.
- Build a culture of accountability, innovation, and delivery excellence.
- Provide regular reporting to leadership on progress, risks, and system performance.
- Project & Stakeholder Management
- Lead cross‑functional digital initiatives across multiple business verticals.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology implementation.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and senior leadership.
- Strong hands‑on experience with ERP platforms (Net Suite, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Proven track record in managing mobile/web app development projects.
- Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data architecture.
- Excellent project management and vendor management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Effective leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 7–12 years of experience in ERP management and application development.
- Experience in multi‑business or automotive/mobility/retail environments preferred.
- PMP, Agile, or ERP certifications are an advantage.
