Odoo Product Manager

Basatne MENA Group is implementing Odoo ERP across its subsidiaries — Cartlow, Ardroid, and Orbit — operating in the UAE, KSA, and Egypt. We're seeking an experienced Odoo ERP Project Manager to lead this multi-company, multi-country rollout with structured delivery and fast execution.

• Lead end-to-end Odoo implementation across all group entities (Accounting, Inventory, HR, CRM, operation etc.)
• Manage migration accounting Books, custom inventory systems, and in-house tools to Odoo
• Collaborate with UAE/KSA/Egypt stakeholders and 3rd-party Odoo implementation partners
• Define and manage the project plan, sprints, deliverables, and communication cadence
• Build structured workflows, approval chains, and dashboards for business, finance, ops, and HR
• Supervise UAT, training, and change management across teams
• Ensure unified configuration aligned with Basatne Group’s governance and reporting structure.

• 3–5+ years experience managing Odoo ERP implementations
• Strong functional knowledge of Odoo (Accounting, Inventory, Purchase, HR, CRM)
• Proven delivery in multi-company/ multi currency and multi-country Odoo setups
• Solid experience in data migration, documentation, and stakeholder management
• Excellent English communication and remote team coordination skills
• Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and process-driven

• 12-month fixed-term contract (project-based role)
