Overview
We are looking for an experienced EDP Lead – Retail Systems & Data Operations to own and manage retail systems, data integrity, and electronic data processing across stores, wholesale, and back‑office operations.
This role is critical in ensuring accurate, reliable, and timely data flow between POS, ERP, inventory, finance, and reporting systems across multiple markets. The EDP Lead will act as the key bridge between business teams and technology vendors, ensuring system stability and operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesRetail Systems Ownership
- Manage and support POS systems across all stores
- Ensure seamless integration between POS, ERP, and finance systems
- Oversee system configurations, updates, and user access controls
- Act as the first escalation point for store‑level system issues
Data Governance & Reporting
- Ensure accuracy of sales, inventory, pricing, and master data
- Monitor daily sales uploads and reconciliation processes
- Maintain data validation controls and exception reporting
- Support monthly stock reconciliation and audit readiness
ERP & Integration Coordination
- Coordinate with ERP and application vendors
- Support system enhancements, patches, and rollouts
- Oversee integrations between PLM, B2B, POS, and ERP systems
- Maintain system documentation and SOPs
Retail Operations Support
- Support store openings (system setup, POS configuration, testing)
- Provide training to store teams on system usage
- Monitor transaction integrity and system performance metrics
- Lead and supervise EDP Executives / System Coordinators
- Manage vendor SLAs and performance
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, Merchandising, and IT teams
- Zero data integrity discrepancies in monthly reconciliation
- High system uptime across stores
- Timely closure of system tickets
- Controlled and compliant master data governance
- 6–8+ years of experience in Retail IT, EDP, or Systems roles
- Strong exposure to ERP and POS environments (fashion/retail preferred)
- Solid understanding of inventory, finance, and supply‑chain processes
- Experience managing system integrations (API / EDI knowledge preferred)
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Multi‑country retail exposure is a strong advantage
