Engineer – SOC Mobile Core & Roaming Monitoring​/Support

We are looking for an experienced SOC Engineer – Mobile Core & Roaming Monitoring / Support to join our Technology Operations team.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring the stability, performance, and operational excellence of Mobile Core, VAS, and Roaming networks within a 24x7 environment.

• Provide first and second level monitoring and support for Mobile PS Core, CS Core, vIMS, AAA, VAS, LBS, SPS, 5G SA Infrastructure, and Roaming networks
• Handle fault management, customer complaints, and roaming service degradations
• Perform multi-domain troubleshooting for voice, SMS, data, and international roaming services
• Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with network performance standards
• Manage escalations and ensure timely restoration within SLA
• Support automation initiatives, KPI dashboards, and AI-driven operational improvements
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and executive summaries
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Mobile Core technologies and network operations
• Strong knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G Core (Nokia/Huawei environments)
• Experience in IMS (VoLTE), Diameter, SS7, SIP, CAP, SMPP
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools and tracing platforms
• Proven ability to manage incidents, tickets, and escalations within SLA
• Experience in automation, KPI dashboards, and AI use cases in operations is highly valued
