Senior Specialist – ERP & Integration Solutions (Oracle, Boomi)

We are looking for a talented Senior Specialist to join our team and play a key role in driving ERP and integration projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, analytical mindset, and experience in ERP systems and Boomi integration.

This role is primarily responsible in assisting ERP related projects and documenting the requirements needed for the development. The role involves performing as a liaison between Functional/Integration of Boomi Integration and ERP Applications and Development, and for system issues, enhancements, and projects. The candidate supervises the development status and provides timely updates on the deliverables to the stakeholders. This role includes day to day support of end user queries.

A major part of the job comprises of coordinating and communicating with the third-party vendors, by eliciting the requirement and performing testing for smooth implementation and integration with the ERP system. The role also requires analytical acumen to compile reports, deduce insights and assist in proposing strategic plans for process improvement. The role also leads Automation initiatives.

• Project Management:
  Delivering projects, in accordance to project plan, timeline and requirements expected by the stakeholders. Co-ordinating with the team to track the task completion status. Preparing the documentation related to the project which includes new components, architectural modifications, and process changes and delivering user training on the same.
• Due Diligence:
  Undertaking feasibility assessments with Business Units to identify suitable processes for automation and recording the AS-IS process steps for analysis
• Vendor Management:
  Effective liaising with third party vendors for smooth integration with ERP system and thorough testing of the enhancement feature before the release to the end user. Co-ordinating with the Vendor and team to resolve the user issues and find a permanent solution.
• Knowledge Management:
  Preparing User Manual for the new processes so that the users are aware of functionality and avoid issues. Preparing Knowledge Base Document that includes detailed flow charts and diagrams to outline systems capabilities and processes.
• Monitoring and Auditing:
  Tracking the performance of the bots, devices, and the bot development status for the new automation projects.
• Reporting:
  Providing timely report insights and inferences to management, to facilitate real time decisions and scalability
• End User Support:
  Responding to queries raised by user and providing resolution via Tickets or email within the SLA and to the satisfaction of the customer.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/ engineering/ Information Systems, or related field
• 5-7 years in similar role
• Knowledge in ERP, Integration and other applications support
• Experience in automation tools (RPA)
• Conceptualizing data flows and drafting workflows
• Understanding different data sources and transaction applications
• Experience in SQL and extracting data for analysis
• Extensive knowledge on documentation and reporting
• Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
