THE ROLE
** At CHANEL, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences and innovative solutions. We are seeking a passionate CRM Data Analyst Intern to join our CRM team for a 6-month internship. You will play a key role in supporting clientele initiatives, enhancing client data management, and providing actionable insights to drive client engagement strategies across our network. Playing an active role in optimizing CRM tools and processes to enhance client engagement.
Developing your analytical, technical, and communication skills in a supportive environment. A proactive and curious mindset, eager to learn and contribute to team success. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. A genuine passion for client experience and luxury retail.
Experience in data analysis, with a strong analytical background (experience in banking, audit, or consulting is preferred).Advanced technical skills in Excel (pivot tables, INDEX, MATCH, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with Power BI. Previous experience with Adobe Campaign is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic and/or French is an advantage.
