Responsibilities
- Act as Product Owner for attendee and partner portals — driving usability, enhancements, and adoption
- Lead deployment and optimization of Event Mobile Apps and Digital Floor plans
- Ensure API-first integrations with clean, real-time data flow into the central data warehouse
- Oversee on-site technology delivery including registration, badging, and access control systems
- Coordinate cybersecurity compliance with vendors (certifications, security standards)
- Lead RFP processes and vendor selection for new event technologies
- Scout and pilot emerging innovations (biometric check-in, AR/VR, crowd analytics, etc.)
- Act as the bridge between Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Tech to align systems with commercial goals
- Champion high-quality data capture at every digital touchpoint
- 4 years of experience in Event Tech, Digital Product Management, or Mar Tech
- Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and CRM/marketing automation platforms
- Experience managing vendors and technical delivery in live environments
- Ability to translate technical discussions into business impact
