Lead Software Test Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Test Lead / Test Manager to lead and coordinate end-to-end testing activities for an enterprise transformation program. The role focuses on test governance, planning, execution leadership, and release readiness
, working closely with business and IT stakeholders.

• Define and own the Test Strategy
  , Test Plan, and overall testing governance (SIT/UAT/Regression)
• Lead test execution across multiple work streams (Salesforce + integrations) and ensure full requirements traceability
• Coordinate testing activities across internal teams, vendors, and business users
• Drive defect management (triage, prioritization, follow-up, reporting) and ensure timely resolution
• Establish testing KPIs and reporting dashboards (progress, coverage, risks, readiness)
• Ensure alignment between testing cycles,
  release roadmap
  , and deployment activities
• Support go-live preparation, cutover readiness, and hypercare validation

• 7+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA
  , including experience as a Test Lead / Test Manager
• Strong knowledge of test management best practices (strategy, planning, governance, reporting)
• Experience in enterprise platforms and complex programs with multiple integrations
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work in fast-paced delivery environments
• Familiarity with test management tools such as Jira / Xray / Zephyr / Azure Dev Ops
• Strong communication and coordination skills, able to drive alignment across teams

• Exposure to Tosca test automation (not mandatory)
• Experience with CRM integration testing (APIs, middleware, data flows)
