Head of Sales - Fintech/digital assets
TENTEN Partners is supporting a regulated, B2B financial services platform operating across the GCC and select international corridors. Our client provides institutional clients with infrastructure spanning cross-border transaction flows, settlement support, liquidity access, and operational rails designed to improve speed, visibility, and control across complex payment and treasury workflows.
We are hiring a Head of Sales to architect and scale revenue across multiple products and markets.
This is not a relationship-led sales role.
This is a commercial architecture and execution mandate
.
You will build a repeatable, data-driven revenue engine and translate company-level growth targets into structured go-to-market execution.
You will:- Design and execute multi-market, multi-product GTM frameworks
- Scale enterprise revenue with discipline, unit economics, and margin awareness
- Partner with Product/Engineering/Compliance to sharpen enterprise value propositions and close complex deals
- Institutionalise scientific sales processes
: testing, pilots, conversion analytics, and reporting standards
1) Proven fintech scaling experience (with evidence)
You have worked in a high-growth fintech / payments / infrastructure environment and materially contributed to scaling revenue. You can demonstrate:
- Revenue impact (
numbers matter
) - Revenue ownership (and ideally exposure to P&L thinking)
You’re not just executing—you're building the strategy. You’ve:
- Positioned complex products into clear enterprise value propositions
- Defined ICPs and prioritised markets using data
- Built segment/corridor-level revenue theses and playbooks
You can sell API-led infrastructure and hold credible conversations around:
- Payment flows, settlement mechanics, FX/treasury considerations, operational constraints
- Stakeholder selling across CFO, CTO, Risk, Compliance, Operations
- You sell enterprise infrastructure outcomes—not just pricing.
- Market validation frameworks and hypothesis testing
- Controlled pilots and structured experimentation
- Pipeline analytics, conversion optimisation, forecasting accuracy
- CAC/LTV logic and margin awareness
We are not hiring instinct sellers. We are hiring revenue system builders.
5) High-agency executionSuccess in the First 12 Months
- GTM architecture defined across priority verticals/segments and corridors
- Measurable pipeline with structured reporting and governance
- Documented product-market validation and repeatable playbooks
- Margin-aware scaling framework and forecasting cadence embedded
- Revenue operating rhythm institutionalised across the organisation
- 8–15+ years in fintech, payments, FX, treasury, or infrastructure
- Demonstrated success scaling enterprise revenue in a high-growth environment
- Experience selling to banks, fintechs, PSPs, exchanges, or institutional clients
- Data-driven, systems-oriented operating style
If you’re primarily a relationship-led salesperson without structured scaling experience, this role is unlikely to be a match. If you’ve built revenue engines in fintech infrastructure and can prove it, this is for you.
