GRAD Trainee - IT - Emirati Talent

Support implementation and monitoring of IT governance, risk, and compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures.

Assist in tracking compliance with internal IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Participate in IT risk assessments, control testing, and risk register maintenance.

Support IT audits, assessments, and follow-up on corrective actions.

Assist in documenting IT controls, processes, and compliance evidence.

Support awareness initiatives related to IT governance, cybersecurity, and risk management.

Collaborate with IT and business teams to promote a strong risk and compliance culture.

• UAE National (Emiratisation role).
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of work experience.
• Strong interest in IT governance, risk management, compliance, and cybersecurity.
• Good analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; basic understanding of IT systems is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Willingness to learn and work in a structured, regulated IT environment.
