Salvone Technology Solutions is the technology arm of a UK healthcare provider operating 1,200+ beds across nursing homes, hospitals, mental health facilities, and brain injury rehabilitation centres. We're midway through a major digital transformation for our primary client, a 13-site UK mental health and care provider with 2,363 staff.

You're not walking into a greenfield project. Systems are partially live, integrations are blocked, and critical dependencies are outstanding. Your job is to own the Odoo ERP workstream, unblock what's stuck, and drive go-live across the programme.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

This is a hybrid role across four dimensions not a pure PM, not a pure configurator, but both.

You'll own the Odoo implementation roadmap across 13 sites, run fortnightly steering committees with leadership and C-suite, and manage weekly sprints with a tight internal IT team. At the same time, you'll be hands‑on in Odoo configuring chart of accounts, payroll rules, approval chains, HR records, procurement workflows, and user access. If it can be done through the UI or Studio, you do it.

If it requires custom Python or API work, you write the requirement and hand it to the developer.

The Modules In Scope

HR & Payroll (2,363 staff, UK payroll, pension auto‑enrolment), Accounting (multi‑entity, UK VAT, Sage migration), Purchase & Inventory, CRM, and Project.

What We Need From You
  • 5–7 years in Odoo implementation combining project management and hands‑on configuration
  • Minimum 2 full Odoo lifecycle implementations — scoping through go‑live and hypercare
  • Demonstrable configuration ability across Accounting, HR/Payroll, Inventory, Purchase, CRM — not just overseeing others
  • Experience running client workshops and presenting to board and operational stakeholders
  • Multi‑entity / multi‑company Odoo deployment experience
  • Experience coordinating with developers on custom Odoo work
  • Strong English — you're writing board papers and training care home staff
  • Healthcare, care sector, or NHS experience — this is a significant plus
  • UK payroll (HMRC, pension auto‑enrolment, WPS)
  • ERP‑to‑workforce integration experience (Bio Time, Kronos, or similar)
  • Odoo Functional Certification
  • PMP or PRINCE2
The Team You're Joining

A 5-person IT team: a techno‑functional specialist who designs what you scope, a development lead who builds what he specs, an implementation lead who coordinates go‑lives, a support lead who takes your output into BAU, and a workforce & training specialist who owns the Bio Time side of the payroll integration. Small, experienced, and already mid‑flight.
