Senior Product Designer - Design Systems; Enterprise/Banking

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with strong hands-on expertise in building and scaling enterprise-level Design Systems. The ideal candidate will have deep experience across mobile (iOS & Android) and web/desktop platforms, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end UX process. Experience with in BFSI/Fin Tech environments—preferably banking and SME segments is highly preferred.
This role requires close collaboration within Agile squads alongside Product, Engineering, and Business teams to deliver scalable, consistent, and user‑centric experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise-scale Design Systems.
- Create and maintain reusable UI components, patterns, documentation, and guidelines across platforms.
- Ensure consistency and scalability across mobile (iOS, Android) and web/desktop applications.
- Drive the end-to-end UX process: research, ideation, wire framing, prototyping, testing, and final design delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business stakeholders within Agile squads.
- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive and scalable design solutions.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on data and feedback.
- Champion accessibility, usability, and performance standards across products.
- Support SME banking products with customer‑centric design thinking.
- 7+ years of experience in Product Design / UX Design.
- Proven experience building and managing enterprise Design Systems.
- Strong hands‑on experience in mobile (iOS & Android) and web/desktop design.
- Deep understanding of UX methodologies and user‑centred design principles.
- Experience working in Agile environments within cross‑functional squads.
- Strong collaboration skills with Product and Technology teams.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
- Experience in BFSI / Fin Tech, ideally within banking.
- Exposure to SME banking products or digital banking platforms.
- Experience working in large enterprise organisations.
- Understanding of accessibility and regulatory compliance in financial products.
