Senior Business Analyst

Duration: 6 Month extendable

Salary: AED 18,000 - 20,000 + VISA + Healthcare

• Conduct structured workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs with business stakeholders (Events, Marketing, Operations, Finance, IT).
• Understand current ("as-is") and define future ("to-be") event registration processes.
• Identify business objectives, success metrics, pain points, constraints, and dependencies.
• Capture functional and non-functional requirements with clear scope boundaries.

• Produce and maintain:
  • Business Requirements Document (BRD)
  • Functional Requirements Specification (FRS)
  • Process flows and swim lane diagrams
  • Data requirements and validation rules
  • Integration and dependency mapping
• Define assumptions, risks, and out-of-scope items explicitly.

• Translate requirements into well-structured user stories with:
  • Clear personas
  • Acceptance criteria (Given / When / Then)
  • Dependencies and priority
• Support backlog creation, grooming, and refinement with delivery teams.
• Ensure stories are implementation‑ready and aligned with business intent.

• Act as a single point of clarity for business requirements.
• Facilitate sign‑offs and manage requirement changes through formal change control.
• Support UAT planning by mapping test cases to user stories and requirements.
• Ensure traceability between business requirements, user stories, and delivered features.

The analyst is expected to cover requirements across areas such as:

• Event creation and configuration
• Registration flows (public, invite‑only, paid/free)
• Ticketing and pricing rules
• Attendee data capture and consent
• Payment and invoicing (if applicable)
• Check‑in / QR code / badge management
• Reporting and analytics
• Integrations (CRM, ERP, email, payment gateways)
