- Monitor and maintain client networks, servers, and cloud environments
- Provide Level 1–3 technical support (remote and onsite)
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software
- Perform system updates, patch management, and backups
- Respond to service tickets within SLA guidelines
- Implement cybersecurity best practices (firewalls, antivirus, MFA)
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate records
- Support VoIP systems and network infrastructure
The ideal candidate should have graduate level qualification and at least 2 years of experience. This is a Full‑time morning shift job.
