The MIS Analyst will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and delivering accurate management reports to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical, technical, and business acumen to ensure data integrity, reporting efficiency, and actionable insights. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, maintain dashboards and reports, automate MIS processes, and support management with timely and meaningful data to drive operational efficiency and organizational performance.

• Collect, compile, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports as per business requirements.
• Ensure timely circulation of reports to management and relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain structured databases, trackers, and report repositories for easy access and reference.

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight deviations, risks, and improvement areas.
• Support management with analytical summaries and interpretation of data.

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and automated reports using Excel, BI tools, or MIS systems.
• Improve reporting efficiency by automating recurring reports and minimizing manual intervention.
• Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, accurate, and aligned with business needs.

• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, and other teams to understand data and reporting requirements.
• Act as a single point of contact for MIS-related queries and reporting support.
• Ensure alignment between data sources, definitions, and reporting standards across departments.

• Perform regular data audits, reconciliations, and quality checks to ensure data integrity.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information in line with company policies.
• Maintain documentation for data definitions, reporting processes, and MIS standards.

• Prepare presentations, summaries, and dashboards for senior management reviews.
• Support strategic and operational decision-making through accurate and timely data insights.
• Assist leadership with scenario analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking.

• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in reporting processes and recommend improvements.
• Support implementation of new MIS tools, systems, or enhancements.
• Assist in data migration, system upgrades, and testing activities as required.

• B.tech or MBA.

• 3+ years of experience in MIS, reporting, or any analysis roles.
• Experience handling large datasets.
• Exposure to cross-functional coordination.
• Experience in automation and dashboard development.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
