iCademy Middle East is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Data Analyst who is well-versed in the UAE academic framework to support data-driven decision-making across academic, operational, and regulatory functions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of UAE education regulations (including MOE and KHDA standards), and the ability to translate complex educational data into actionable insights that enhance student performance, compliance, and institutional growth.
Key Responsibilities Academic Data & Performance Analysis- Analyze student performance data aligned with UAE curriculum standards and international benchmarks.
- Monitor academic progress, assessment outcomes, graduation requirements, and credit compliance.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs related to student achievement, retention, attendance, and progression.
- Support academic leadership with predictive analytics to improve student success outcomes.
- Ensure reporting aligns with UAE Ministry of Education (MOE) and Knowledge and Human Development Authority requirements.
- Prepare compliance reports, inspection data sets, and accreditation documentation.
- Monitor policy updates within the UAE educational framework and reflect changes in data reporting systems.
- Support strategic planning through enrollment forecasting and trend analysis.
- Analyze admissions, demographic, and engagement data to inform growth strategies.
- Collaborate with IT and academic teams to improve data integrity and governance.
- Design automated reporting solutions to enhance institutional efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity.
- Ensure compliance with UAE data protection regulations.
- Manage SIS/LMS data integrations and validation processes.
- Develop internal policies for data collection, management, and reporting.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Education Management, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in educational data analysis (UAE experience required).
- Strong knowledge of UAE academic regulations, including MOE and KHDA frameworks.
- Experience working within private or international school environments in the UAE.
- Proficiency in data tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel (advanced), SQL, and/or Python.
- Experience with Student Information Systems (SIS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong analytical and statistical modeling skills
- Deep understanding of UAE academic compliance structures
- Ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across academic and administrative teams
- Experience in online or blended learning institutions
- Familiarity with international accreditation standards
