At Intwo we’re looking for a Real Estate Domain Consultant to join our team. As a candidate for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Property/Real estate Domain Consultant, you are expected to have a deep understanding of property sales and leasing requirements in the Middle East and globally. You will be a key resource who works with customers, technical consultants, and infra consultants.

• Bachelor’s Degree or post graduate
• Proven experience in real estate leasing, sales or consultancy.
• Understanding of local rules and regulations related to real estate.
• Understanding of residential, commercial, and industrial property trends.
• Experience on CRM application or property management software.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Gather customer requirement, solutioning it as per the D365 CRM.
• Configure D365 CRM to suit the customer’s requirements.
• Blueprint document & fits‑gap analysis and conduct user training.
• Prepare functional specifications to address process gaps.
• Configure the application, analyze and upload data.
• Identify change requests/developments.
• Interact with customers / stakeholders at the customer site to understand any challenges.
• Collaborate with the technical team to provide simulation and track the resolution of issues.
• Monitor issues through the ticket tracking system and ensure ticket closure within SLA.
• Liaise/communicate with Microsoft on tickets needing Microsoft assistance.
