The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager – Data Platform, AI & Insights to democratise data access across the organisation and unlock the next layer of value through AI and GenAI-enabled experiences.
This role sits at the centre of the data and metrics value chain — ensuring that teams across product, operations, commercial, and leadership functions can seamlessly access, interpret, and act on trusted data.
You will define and execute the vision for how data is surfaced, ope rationalised, and increasingly augmented by AI — moving from dashboards and static reporting toward intelligent, proactive, and conversational insights.
Key Responsibilities- Own the product strategy and roadmap for internal data platforms, insights tooling, and AI-powered data experiences
- Democratise access to high-quality, trusted data across business units
- Embed AI and GenAI capabilities into the data experience (e.g., natural language querying, automated insight generation, anomaly detection, predictive recommendations)
- Develop deep expertise in the organisation’s data & metrics value chain
- Partner closely with Data Engineering, Analytics, ML, and Platform teams
- Lead user research (UXR) to deeply understand internal stakeholder workflows and friction points
- Design intuitive, AI-enabled product experiences that drive adoption and measurable impact
- Drive build vs. buy decisions across BI tools, AI tooling, and platform capabilities
- Establish clear success metrics tied to business performance and data utilisation
- Define a long-term vision for scaling the impact of data through intelligent automation
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within data platforms, analytics, AI, or internal tooling
- Strong understanding of data ecosystems (pipelines, warehousing, BI, governance, metrics frameworks)
- Exposure to AI/ML or GenAI-powered products (LLMs, copilots, semantic layers, conversational interfaces, automation workflows)
- Demonstrated experience improving data accessibility and adoption across organisations
- Strong UXR capability and a product-led mindset
- Experience making strategic build vs. buy decisions for platforms or tooling
- Ability to define and communicate a compelling product vision at executive level
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
- Structured, analytical thinker with strong commercial awareness
This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how a scaled technology organisation evolves from traditional analytics to AI-augmented decision-making. The successful candidate will help move the business from reactive reporting to proactive, intelligent insights — directly influencing strategic outcomes across the company.
