The platform enables large, highly regulated enterprises to automate compliance, continuously monitor controls, and manage risk across 200+ global regulatory frameworks. This is a high-growth, category-defining company scaling rapidly across global markets.
The OpportunityWe are hiring a hunter-first Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new enterprise logo acquisition across MEA
, with a primary focus on UAE and KSA.
This is a pure enterprise platform sale
: complex, multi-threaded, long-cycle, executive-led deals.
You will sell to CISOs, CIOs, CROs, Heads of Risk, Compliance and Internal Audit across highly regulated industries.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (Screening criteria)- 10+ years of enterprise GRC Platform/ SaaS sales experience
- Experience selling GRC, IRM, Risk, Compliance, or Cybersecurity platforms
- Experience carrying $1.5M+ annual new business quota
- Strong net-new hunter profile (minimum 80% new logo focus)
- Experience selling into regulated industries (e.g. Banking, Financial Services, Energy, Government, Healthcare)
- Strong command of MEDDIC, Challenger, Command of the Message, or similar methodologies
- Experience replacing legacy GRC tools or fragmented compliance systems
- Experience in high-growth / venture-backed / scale-up environments
- Some experience in Partner-led or hyperscaler co-sell motion experience
- Arabic language proficiency
- Strong executive relationships across UAE & KSA
- Successful closure of complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise platform deals
- AI-native platform in a legacy-dominated category
- Recognized by global analysts
- High visibility in MEA growth strategy
- Backed by serious capital and long-term product vision
