Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dubai for the role of Sales Manager – AWS Services. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales lifecycle, including identifying potential clients, cultivating relationships, and generating revenue through AWS services and solutions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include :

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for AWS cloud services across the UAE market.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, managing a robust pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their business objectives and technical requirements, positioning AWS as the optimal solution.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, tailored proposals, and solution demonstrations aligned to industry-specific use cases.
  • Partner with solution architects and pre‑sales teams to design AWS-based architectures, proposals, and proof‑of‑concept (POCs).
  • Own the full sales lifecycle — from pricing strategy and contract negotiation through to deal closure.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and account updates to senior leadership.
  • Stay ahead of AWS innovations, cloud industry trends, competitive landscapes, and pricing models.
  • Represent Vcloud Master at industry events, AWS partner forums, and networking sessions to expand brand presence and generate leads.
  • Drive post‑sale customer satisfaction, proactively identifying renewal, upsell, and cross‑sell opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales and Relationship Management, particularly in IT or cloud-based services
  • Strong understanding of AWS solutions and cloud services, including cloud architecture, migration, managed services, and Dev Ops automation
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills with a client‑focused approach
  • Project Management and Organizational skills to execute sales strategies effectively
  • Knowledge of AI-based systems and enterprise automation will be an added advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications in AWS or cloud technologies preferred
  • Ability to adapt to fast‑paced environments and a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
Experience
  • 5+ years of B2B AWS Cloud sales experience or equivalent, with a strong focus on AWS or cloud solution selling.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets and quotas.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent) and the Microsoft Office suite.
Skills
  • Solid understanding of AWS services, pricing models, and value propositions.
  • Exceptional consultative selling, account management, and negotiation capabilities.
  • Ability to translate complex cloud concepts into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Experience with solution-based and account-based selling methodologies.
