Role Description
We are looking for a hands-on engineer who not only masters the technical complexities of data migration but also understands that a successful project requires smooth Change Management across the GCC region. You will own the transition process from legacy systems to Google Workspace, ensuring technical stability and high user adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Migration: Lead end-to-end Google Workspace migration projects (e.g., Microsoft 365, Exchange, or legacy platforms to Google Workspace) and ensure smooth onboarding, deployment, and post-migration optimization
- System Architecture: Configure DNS, SSO/SAML integrations, Mail Routing, and security policies (DLP, Vault, Zero Trust).
- Change Management: Develop and execute transformation strategies, including communication plans and "Google Guide" programs to ensure a seamless cultural shift.
- Project Governance: Act as the technical project manager during the delivery phase, ensuring timelines are met and "Go-Live" risks are mitigated.
- Provide technical best practices, support, and governance guidance
The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Certification: Google Professional Workspace Administrator (preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years in GWS deployments with a deep understanding of infrastructure and networking.
- Skills: Expertise in migration toolsets, Admin Console management, Change Management, and collaboration tools (Google Workspace and/or MS365)
