What are we looking for?

IT Experience Executive

We are seeking a proactive and service‑oriented IT Experience Executive to join our Technology team at the Museum of the Future in Dubai. In this role, you will provide front‑line Level 1 support for corporate IT services and solutions, ensuring smooth operations within the Museum and its affiliated offices.

You will be instrumental in ensuring business continuity by responding to request tickets within pre‑defined SLAs while actively working to improve customer satisfaction scores. You will also proactively support IT projects to enhance systems, policies, and hardware, working as part of a knowledgeable team to perform scheduled maintenance and prioritize multiple work streams.

Your role within the department

  • Provide first‑line technical support to users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a timely manner, using clear communication skills suited to a corporate office environment, to ensure the smooth operation of the IT environment and the satisfaction of end users.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and update IT equipment and software to ensure business continuity.
  • Implement and support IT projects, upgrades, and initiates, ensuring minimal disruption to MOTF’s operations in coordination with other Technology department members (e.g., L-2 Engineers).
  • Consolidate and review business requirements from different stakeholders to allow for the development of technological solutions as needed.
  • Liaise with external vendors/service providers to resolve technical issues and procure IT equipment and services as needed in coordination with Procurement.
  • Keep abreast with latest IT solutions that could be potentially leveraged within Museum’s operations.
  • Document, update and maintain accurate records of IT related procedures, processes, user guides, assets, and configurations.
  • Generate reports on IT performance, incidents, and trends as required.
