Web Analyst is required for a reputed IT Services company in Dubai. The successful candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field & proven experience in a similar role for at least 3-5 years.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, requirements, and processes.
- Create detailed website requirements, including functional and non-functional specifications.
- Develop website proposals, considering feasibility, cost, and time constraints.
- Collaborate with development teams to create website architecture and design documents.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all stages of the website development cycle.
- Document website requirements, including use cases, flowcharts, and data models.
- Prepare technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
- Define test cases and performs testing to ensure functions as specified.
- Identify and address any issues & bugs in the website.
- Assist in the deployment and integration of new websites.
- Provide support for user training.
- Continuously improve knowledge and skills related to website analysis and design.
- Analyze existing websites and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
