We are seeking a strategic and user‑driven Product Designer to join our Product team and play a critical role in shaping the future of our trading platforms and digital ecosystem. This is not just a UI execution role. You will be responsible for defining and delivering end‑to‑end product experiences — from discovery and research to high‑fidelity design and implementation — ensuring our products are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with both user needs and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Discovery- Partner with Product Managers to define product vision, strategy, and experience principles.
- Lead user discovery initiatives, including interviews, usability testing, behavioral analysis, and competitive research.
- Translate complex trading workflows and financial concepts into intuitive product experiences.
- Identify opportunity areas through data insights, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Own the end‑to‑end design process from problem framing to final implementation.
- Map user journeys, define interaction models, and create scalable UX frameworks.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity interfaces that balance usability, clarity, and performance.
- Optimize onboarding, trading flows, account management, and conversion funnels.
- Continuously test and iterate designs based on data and real user feedback.
- Contribute to and evolve the company’s design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Define reusable patterns and interaction standards across platforms (web, mobile, trading terminals).
- Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and cross‑platform consistency.
- Work closely with Engineering to ensure high‑quality implementation and thoughtful interaction design.
- Partner with Analytics teams to define success metrics and measure product impact.
- Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
- Champion a product mindset and advocate for user‑centered decision‑making across the organization.
- 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or Interaction Design.
- Experience working on complex digital products (fintech, trading, SaaS, or data‑heavy platforms preferred).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end product thinking — from discovery to shipped solutions.
- Proven ability to simplify complex systems into intuitive user experiences.
- Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent design and prototyping tools).
- Experience using product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA, etc.) to inform design decisions.
- Understanding of experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, hypothesis‑driven design).
- Familiarity with front‑end principles and working within design‑to‑development workflows.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions in business terms.
- Experience designing for high‑trust environments (finance, trading, compliance‑heavy products) is a strong advantage.
