As an IT Engineer, you will play an integral part in supporting, maintaining, and securing IT infrastructure including hardware, software, networks, and cloud systems. This role involves troubleshooting, system administration, and providing first‑class technical support.

• Infrastructure Support:
  Install, configure, and maintain hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers, and network equipment.
• System Administration:
  Manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and cloud‑based systems.
• Troubleshooting & Support:
  Resolve technical issues both remotely and onsite, acting as a key point of contact for software and hardware faults.
• Network Maintenance:
  Monitor internet connectivity, firewalls, and VPNs to ensure robust network security.
• Documentation & Assets:
  Maintain up‑to‑date inventory of IT assets, software licenses, and document system configurations and procedures.
• Security:
  Ensure data protection, regular backups, and secure hardware disposal.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Experience:
  
  7-10 years in a similar technical role.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficient with MS Windows/Office 365, network troubleshooting, and security protocols.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Excellent communication skills in English, a strong problem‑solving approach, and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Certifications:
  
  Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified (MCSA/MCSE), Cisco Certified (CCNA), or ITIL.
