As an experienced Support Engineer, you will need to use your experience and skills to carry out troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.
You have experience and exposure to Windows Server, Active Directory and Cloud technologies.
You’ve got a great idea of what it takes to meet your SLAs, troubleshooting, maintaining, and supporting a wide range of systems.

Working Knowledge Required
  • PC, Mac + Windows Server ) Administration
  • Virtualisation Technologies (VMWare + Hyper‑V)
  • Office 365 Administration (Exchange Online, Teams + SharePoint)
  • Printer Management + Administration
  • General Application Support (Office, Sage etc.)
  • Networking Concepts (DHCP, DNS, IP etc.)
  • Backup Management + Administration
  • Remote Support Tools
  • Active Directory + Azure AD Administration
Role Specifics
  • Probation Period: 3 months
  • Full UAE Driving Licence Required
  • Weekends:
    There will be a requirement to work some weekends.
  • Salary:
    Dependent on experience but based on a technical roadmap.
